PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING ROOMAPP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the User) and Artuur Hanot (independent professional, Belgium) (the Operator). For data handling practices, see our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

RoomApp is an AI-powered interior design tool that provides entertainment and inspirational content only. You can scan rooms for AI-generated scores, discover style profiles (Interior DNA), and view design suggestions.

The App offers free (limited) and premium (subscription) features. Certain features require credits to use. The number of credits included with free and premium plans, as well as credit consumption rates, may be adjusted at our discretion. Current credit allocations are displayed in the App.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features or aspects of the App with reasonable notice. Where such changes materially reduce the functionality of a paid service, you may cancel your subscription.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
• By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

3.1 Plans: Weekly (€9.99/week) or Quarterly (€49.99/quarter). Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App before purchase.

3.2 Billing: All payments are processed exclusively by Apple via the App Store. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges.

3.3 Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the current period ends. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

3.4 Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

3.5 Price changes: We may adjust pricing with prior notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

3.6 Free trial: If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
